Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

• Use the service for any obscene or immoral purpose
• Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the service

Difficulty Level Unlocks: Certain difficulty levels (Hard and Impossible) require a one-time payment to unlock for each sport. Once purchased, access is permanent for your account.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payments are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

Pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing for future purchases. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sports Guessr and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Question Content: All trivia questions, answers, and explanations are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

Leaderboard Data: By participating in games, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your scores and achievements on public leaderboards.

Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide may be used by us without any obligation to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the service.

Content Accuracy: Our trivia questions are sourced from official API providers and are verified as accurate at the time of each update. We update our database 4-6 times per year. However, some information may become outdated between update cycles, including but not limited to player statistics, team rosters, recent achievements, and current events. We make no warranties about the real-time accuracy of this information between updates.

In no event shall Sports Guessr, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
